Our tree care and shrub trimming services are performed on-site at your Auckland or New Zealand property. Once tree pruning, shrub trimming, or tree removal services are completed, we will conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure the work meets your expectations and complies with New Zealand arboricultural standards. Please review the completed tree care work before finalizing payment in New Zealand dollars.

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
You may cancel scheduled tree care services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
If you are not satisfied with specific aspects of our tree care work performed at your Auckland or New Zealand property, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust or correct the shrub trimming, tree pruning, or tree care work at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 7 days of service completion. This includes corrections to hedge shaping, tree pruning techniques, or shrub trimming results that do not meet the agreed specifications for your New Zealand property.
If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to finding a fair solution that addresses your concerns while respecting the work performed by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed in New Zealand dollars and may take 5-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your New Zealand financial institution. All refunds comply with New Zealand consumer protection laws.
