Tree care outcomes depend on factors such as tree age, species, location in Auckland or New Zealand, weather patterns, and existing tree health conditions.
Ghimnaxxvrizelon is fully insured for all tree care and shrub trimming services in New Zealand. Our public liability insurance covers work performed on your property. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, structures, or other property elements not disclosed during the initial consultation. All work is performed in accordance with New Zealand arboricultural standards and safety regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your Auckland or New Zealand property and notifying us of any hazards, obstacles, or special considerations that may affect tree care service delivery. This includes disclosing underground utilities, structures, fences, driveways, or other obstacles that may impact our tree pruning, shrub trimming, or tree removal operations. We require clear access paths for our equipment and team to safely perform tree care services on your property.
You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
